Keerthy Suresh nailed the art of balance by doing a yoga flow routine that helps in calming the mind.

She did several yoga poses like the Vrikshasana , Utthita Hasta Padangusthasana, Natarajasana or Dancers Pose, and the Virabhadrasana III 

Fitness is not just about taking care of the body. It also involves nurturing the mind.

Yoga flow is a general term given to any asana in which a person moves dynamically from one posture immediately into another without breaking their stance.
